Lead Project

Wright Therapeutics’ current lead program is the development of a novel anti-allergy therapeutic. The project has successfully completed advanced in silico molecular modeling and computational drug design, and the lead compound has been synthesized. The program is now advancing into biological testing to evaluate efficacy, safety, and pharmacologic properties as part of the preclinical development process.

Building on a career dedicated to improving human health.

Dr. Kenneth W. Wright, founder of Wright Therapeutics, is an internationally recognized physician-scientist, educator, and innovator with more than four decades of experience in medicine, clinical research, and therapeutic development. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed scientific publications, written leading medical textbooks, and led major multicenter clinical research studies that have helped advance patient care worldwide. Dr. Wright has been awarded a National Institute of Health grant as Principle Investigator and Study Chair for “Early Surgery for Congenital Esotropia Trial” (EY12107).
